Information for competitors
Lillehammer Ski Club welcomes you to Ingalåmi
| Starting point and time: | 30 km starts at 9am and 15 km starts at 11am The costume race starts at 1pm. |
| Transport: |
TRAIN: CAR: Bus transport is organised directly to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium (5, 15 and 30 km) on the race day from the following places: NB! You must obtain your bibnumber beforehand. Return transport from the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium to Håkons Hall and to the accommodation from 11 a.m. Last bus leaves sat 5pm. We would ask you to use public transport as there is limited parking at the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium. |

Licensed products: |
We make our own exciting Ingalåmi collection. You will find these products in Håkons Hall. |

Competitor´s shop: |
You will be sent the magazine with information on starting times, tracks, etc. about 10 days before the event. We would ask you to read the magazine. |
|
Competitor's bag: |
In the competitor's bag, among other things you will find luggage labels (giving start number and name) and an invitation to the next year Ingalåmi. |
|
Chips: |
For those who are racing with timekeeping, chips are used which are distributed when start numbers are issued in your personal envelope. This is attached to one foot and handed in after crossing the finishing line. |

Luggage: |
Your personal luggage is stored in a designated area. Remember to label your own luggage. |
|
Food/drink stations: |
During the race on the ski trail and at the finishing line (see ski trail map online and in the magazine). |
|
Ski track: |
The ski track is 6 metres wide. There are 3 tracks (30 km) and 4 tracks (15 km) in most sections of the track. |
|
Trail etiquette: |
Right trace: For those wishing to take it easy. |
|
Waxing service: |
SWIX has a waxing service in the starting area and at the food stations. |
|
Pole service: |
SWIX has a pole service in the starting area after about 500 metres and at all food and drink stations. |
|
Awards: |
Those completing the race will receive a pin with the year inscribed. These are issued after crossing the finishing line. Five completed races qualify for a gold pin. You are responsible for collecting the awards yourself at the designated point in the finish area. Pins will not be posted on. |

Prizes: |
The top 3 in each class with timekeeping will receive a prize. Prizes will not be posted on. |
|
Prize-giving: |
In Håkons Hall at 3 pm. Après ski, music, food and drinks. |
|
Changing rooms and showers: |
Håkons Hall 8 am - 4 pm on race day. |
|
End: |
The race officially ends at 4 pm |
|
Binding registration: |
All registrations are binding. No part of the entry fee will be refunded. Overnight accommodations require a doctor's certificate if "no-show". |
|
Cancellation: |
If the race is cancelled the licence is refunded and 50% of the remaining entry fee. |
